ASSIGNMENT 2: SOP

 Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)

1. All the new employees will be mandatorily trained in the kitchen to follow the hygiene rules a few days before they start working.

2. All the employees will be directed to the washrooms where they clean themselves efficiently before they enter the kitchen. 

3. To enforce strict consequences (cut in their salary) if they don't follow the kitchen hygiene rules. 

4. I would nominate an efficient supervisor among my employees to act as a mediator to smoothen the communication between the employees and me.

5. I would ensure the supervisor instructs the employees about the kitchen drill, and to stick to their deadlines.

6. I would assign each employee their individual responsibilities in the kitchen apart from work, such as one of them could be in charge of keeping the hot food hot or cleaning up after work. The supervisor would be responsible for ensuring proper functioning and cooperation between the employees in the kitchen. 

7. I would host a gathering and select a deserving worker each month as the “best employee of the month” to keep them motivated and enthusiastic about working efficiently and as a team.
