Administration committee: The most intricate and practical issues, such as the budget, location, catering, attendance, etc., will be handled by this team. All of the smaller committees that will be established will turn to these when making important decisions. It was debated how the subcommittees will be organized.

Mentioning the event to customers or prospects face-to-face
Creating social media “sales pitches” for the event
Sponsorship committee: committed to locating strategic partners. Their attention should be on the ideals of the attendees and those who are willing to inject some individuality into the event.
